Yes, Encore ARC is an asset reconstruction company and has acquired the debt from your Bank/ Credit Card provider/ Lender.

If Encore ARC appears on your credit report, then one of your accounts has been acquired by Encore ARC. When a lender sells an account to Encore ARC, then all legal rights associated with that account are also transferred.

Encore ARCs credit reporting practices are as per the guidelines issued by RBI for reporting of credit information to bureaus/ credit information companies (CICs). The credit information of customers/ borrowers is updated regularly on a monthly basis or at such shorter intervals as may be mutually agreed between Encore ARC and Bureau/ CIC.

Encore ARC, on receipt of a request from borrower/ customer for updating the credit information, intimates the CIC/ Bureau. Such requests are honoured by Encore ARC as per the timelines prescribed in the regulations.

Encore ARC accepts most forms of payment. However, we do not accept Cash and Credit Card. You can pay online by visiting our website.
